MAXIMS | Virtual focuses on outsourcing solutions offering services that help small and medium-sized businesses in a number of activities to save time and money without hiring employees.
MAXIMS was founded on basis of many years of experience in various fields, e.g. Banking, IT Technologies, Tourism and Real Estate business in order to bring added value to our clients not only from the listed areas but also from experience in managing companies, large teams and projects.
We have been operating on the market since 2017. The year 2020 gave us the opportunity to expand our services. In addition to the Virtual Assistant with the added value we also provide Compliance Officer service, which will help small and medium-sized businesses navigate through the legislation necessary for their own business.
Most recently, we also fully devote ourselves to the current topic of ESG, which stands for Environmental, Social, and Governance. It is a framework for evaluating a company's commitment to sustainability and social responsibility, and we provide consulting and management services in this area.
We carry out our activities online using the IT technologies, in addition to emails and telephones, we use video calls via Teams, Webex, Google meet, Face Time, etc.
